My path into healing wasn't a choice; it was a necessity. I began navigating my own experiences with grief, trauma, and the weight of silence, searching for a way back to my center. What I found was a bridge between worlds.

Rooted in my Amazonian and Andean heritage, I blend centuries-old Indigenous wisdom with modern somatic mindfulness to help you move beyond just "managing" your stress. My work is about reclamation—stripping away the roles and expectations that have buried your truth and silenced your voice so you can return to your natural state of sovereignty.
