Hi tribu! I’m Yezenia Miño (aka Jessie), the founder of Good Vibes Wellness.

Mindfulness and meditation changed my life. That’s the reason I feel so passionately about this practice. In my attempt to bring this practice into the lives of others, I draw from my deep-rooted heritage in the Amazon rainforests of Ecuador/South America to inspire and guide individuals on their transformative journey towards inner peace and self-discovery. I come from a lineage of indigenous Amazonian people, and this unique background has influenced my passion for embracing ancient wisdom and promoting holistic well-being.

The ancestral traditions, spiritual rituals, and sacred practices passed down through generations are intrinsic to my identity. My fascination with mindfulness and meditation took root within this vibrant tapestry of indigenous wisdom.

Eager to share the transformative power of mindfulness, I’ve embarked on a personal quest to continuously deepen my understanding of these ancient practices. Armed with a strong sense of purpose, I’ve founded Good Vibes Wellness, a sanctuary of mindfulness and meditation.

Through workshops, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions, I aim to weave together my indigenous heritage and my meditation training. I invite people from all walks of life to tap into the wellspring of tranquility that lies within each of them. My approach is grounded in the belief that mindfulness is not just a practice but a way of life.

My goal is to create a nurturing and safe space for my clients to explore their inner landscape. I guide them on a profound journey of self-discovery, helping them shed layers of stress, connect with their authentic selves, and unlock their true potential. My teachings blend time-tested mindfulness techniques with a contemporary understanding of human psychology, resulting in a holistic approach that resonates with people seeking balance in an increasingly chaotic world.
